**Whenever possible please set aside some time after your healing session for integration. 15-30 minutes is recommended. It’s not uncommon for people to feel light headed, euphoric or even drowsy after a particularly intense session. Driving or other attention intensive activities in these instances should be avoided during your rest period. Be gentle with yourself.
